Terms of sale
Short version: the free version stays free, the paid plans are what they say, and nothing is held hostage.
Seller
Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record, acting on behalf of X-Ray Extensions. Polar handles VAT, invoicing and refunds. You are buying from us, not from Google.
Plans
X-Ray Pro costs €2.99 per month and can be cancelled at any time. X-Ray Pro Lifetime costs €69.99 once, with no recurring subscription. Prices include VAT where applicable.
What “Lifetime” means
Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer: for as long as X-Ray is developed, updates are included.
When a plan ends
If a subscription ends — by cancellation or expiry — the licence becomes invalid and X-Ray falls back to the free version, which remains fully usable. No data is lost, because X-Ray stores nothing outside your browser.
Licences and devices
A licence covers three devices. You can release a device again in the customer portal at any time.
Refunds
Refunds within 14 days of purchase, handled through Polar.
